How do I find a location where I can order?
Click on the “Order Now” button on the app’s home screen and a list of available Shacks will display. The locations closest to you will be displayed automatically. If your app still doesn’t load locations, you will need to ensure that location services is enabled.
What can I order through the Shack App?
Nearly all of the Shack classics including our burgers, hot dogs, fries and more. You won’t find beer, wine, concretes and Pooch-inis.
How can I tell if an item has an allergen?
From the main screen, choose the icon in the top left (3 horizontal bars) and click on “View account and settings.” Select specific allergens you need to avoid under “My Allergies.” You can also edit these while you browse the menu by selecting the toggle in the top right corner. On the “Check Out” screen, we’ll list if any of the menu items you want to order have allergens present. Full allergen information can be found here.
Can I use a gift card on the Shack App?
Gift cards and eGift cards can’t currently be used on the Shack App.
Can I edit my Shack App order after placing it?
While Shack App orders can’t be edited once placed, orders can be cancelled up to 30 minutes before the designated pick up time.
How big can my order be?
You can order up to 10 items or more per category in most locations (ex: 10 burgers, 10 hot dogs). This order cap allows our Shack to serve as many people as possible.
How will I know when my food is ready?
Wait for the buzz. We’ll text you when it’s time for pickup. Didn’t get the text? Head up to the pickup counter and check in with a team member.

From the login page, enter your email address and click on “Forgot Password.” You’ll receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
