Restaurant Manager - Morningside Heights
Mayor De Blasio announced that effective August 17th, the City of New York is requiring all employees and guests at restaurants, bars, and clubs that dine and drink indoors to be vaccinated, with at least one dose. Enforcement began on September 13th.
In our NYC Shacks across all five boroughs, vaccination is a requirement of the job. Accommodations due to disability or religious reasons will be evaluated in compliance with the law.
In order to be eligible to work in our NYC Shacks, you must be able to provide proof of at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine upon hire.
Due to the fact that we frequently rotate our managers across our NYC Shacks, all managers are required to provide proof of vaccination upon hire whether or not their Shack is open for indoor dining.
Our Restaurant Managers are responsible for leading and driving the daily operations including managing the kitchen and dining room, overseeing the development of all team members, and completing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of restaurant management experience in a high volume, fast paced environment,
