Rise & Shack! Breakfast Is Coming to Madison Square Park on Monday, May 22nd

Get egg-cited: breakfast is arriving at the Madison Square Park Shake Shack! Starting Monday, May 22nd, the O.G. Shack will serve breakfast daily from 7:30AM—10:30AM M-F and 8:30AM—10:30AM Sat & Sun. In addition to Shake Shack’s signature breakfast items, the Madison Square Park Shack will offer a special seasonal coffee cake by Daily Provisions, Union Square Hospitality Group’s newest beloved eatery.

The Daily Provisions Seasonal Coffee Cake ($3.99), available exclusively at the Madison Square Park Shack in limited quantities, is a sour cream coffee cake made with seasonal fruit (kicking off with roasted strawberries) and topped with oat and cornmeal crumble. The coffee cakes will be prepared fresh each morning by Daily Provisions’ chefs.

“We’re thrilled to finally bring breakfast to the Madison Square Park Shack, and doing it with our friends at Union Square Hospitality Group makes it even more special,” said Mark Rosati, Culinary Director at Shake Shack.

“We love to reimagine beloved, classic dishes just like our neighbors at Shake Shack, so this is truly a perfect collaboration,” said Chef Daniel Alvarez of Union Square Café and Daily Provisions. “The Daily Provisions Seasonal Coffee Cake complements Shake Shack’s signature breakfast menu and gives New Yorkers a sweet pick-me-up to enjoy in the beautiful surroundings of Madison Square Park, or on the go”.

The Madison Square Park Shack’s breakfast menu will also feature Shake Shack’s signature breakfast sandwiches: Sausage, Egg N’ Cheese ($4.79), Bacon, Egg N’ Cheese ($4.79) and Egg N’ Cheese ($3.79). All three sandwiches consist of griddled-fresh cage-free eggs, served with American cheese on a toasted potato bun. The sausage breakfast sandwich is topped with all-natural Shack pork sausage and the bacon sandwich is topped with all-natural applewood smoked bacon.

For a sweeter start to your day, the Madison Square Park Shack will be serving up the Shack Apple Turnover ($3.49), a crispy Four & Twenty Blackbirds apple turnover dusted with cinnamon sugar.

Rounding out breakfast will be a wide selection of coffee from Stumptown Coffee Roasters. Get a wake-up call with Shack drip coffee ($2.79 for 16 oz.), brewed with an exclusive Stumptown Shack blend or with Stumptown single origin beans. Cool down with Stumptown Cold Brew ($4.79 for 16 oz.), or make it a Stumptown Cold Brew Float topped with a scoop of vanilla custard ($5.79 for 16oz).

Putting breakfast into high gear, the Madison Square Park Shack will offer a complimentary 16 oz. Stumptown coffee (drip or cold brew) with any breakfast purchase from Monday, May 22nd—Sunday, May 28th (must be in person).

Shake Shack breakfast is currently available at transit locations only, including the Fulton Center, Grand Central, Penn Station and Union Station Shacks, as well as select airport locations.
