We host Donation Days from open to close and aim to work with your schedule to set a date. To help you get the word out, we will provide you with a custom digital flyer and social media assets which you can use to promote the fundraiser to your community.

We’re passionate about uplifting communities, especially in areas like: 

  • K–12 Schools (PTAs, booster clubs, sports & student groups)
  • University Organizations (clubs, affinity groups, student councils)
  • Youth Sports Teams (basketball, soccer, football, and more)
  • Local Nonprofits (food banks, animal rescues, disaster relief orgs)
  • Environmental & Sustainable Agriculture Initiatives  (e.g., City Harvest, Food Recovery Network, Next Generation Foundation)

If your mission aligns and you meet the criteria below, we’d love to hear from you. While we can’t accommodate every request, we thoughtfully review each one.

On the day of your fundraiser, your supporters can participate in two different ways: 
 
  1. Dine-in at the Shack – Just show your flyer at the register or input the code we provide at our digital kiosks during checkout!
  2. Order ahead for pick-up or delivery through our mobile Shack App – Simply enter the code we provide in the promo code section before submitting your order!

Eligibility
We support causes that align with our values—but some requests fall outside our guidelines. At this time, we cannot accommodate: 
  • Personal causes (medical bills, tuition, travel, scholarships)
  • For-profit businesses or startups
  • Religious organizations raising funds for religious purposes
  • Political or lobbying groups
  • Study abroad, gap year, or personal enrichment programs
  • Requests that do not align with our giving standards
