In response to the devastating floods that recently impacted communities across Central Texas and North Carolina, Shake Shack is stepping up to provide immediate assistance.
From Friday, July 11 through Sunday, July 13, Shake Shack will donate $1 from every purchase at all company-owned Shacks in Texas to World Central Kitchen’s Climate Disaster Fund, supporting meal distribution and emergency resources for affected families and first responders. Simultaneously, Shake Shack will donate $1 from every purchase at company-owned Shacks in North Carolina to Inter-Faith Food Shuttle to help feed families and first responders.
This cause hits especially close to home as Shake Shack’s Chapel Hill Shack has temporarily closed after taking on several feet of flood water during Tropical Storm Chantal. Thankfully, all Team Members and guests were safely evacuated.
Shake Shack has committed a total minimum donation of $100,000, reinforcing the Company’s dedication to supporting and aiding the communities they are part of.

Texas Terms: $1 USD will be contributed to World Central Kitchen’s Climate Disaster Fund for every order containing at least one Shake Shack food item placed and fulfilled at a participating Texas Shake Shack location (excluding airports, stadiums, museums, travel plazas and ballparks) from 7/11/2025 through 7/13/2025 (“Promotional Period”). Offer valid only for qualifying orders placed through Shake Shack App, via shakeshack.com, In-Shack, through drive-thru or, via third-party delivery apps, and fulfilled during the Promotional Period, while supplies last. Offer excludes gift card purchases and purchases from the Shack Store.
