To help Shack fans with unpredictable travel plans, we’re giving away free fries* to anyone with a delayed or canceled flight departing from John F. Kennedy International Airport from December 22-24, 2021. To score free fries, head to either of our JFK Shacks in Terminal 4 and show one of our dedicated Fry Attendants proof of your delayed or canceled flight on your mobile device. 

Not Departing From JFK? We’re on Standby! 

If your flight is canceled or delayed at another U.S. airport from 12/22-12/24, you can still score free fries! Simply take a selfie in front of your departure gate board proving your flight is canceled or delayed and tag us (@shakeshack) on Instagram. Travelers who win a digital voucher will be notified via direct message.
