In March we teamed up with James Beard Award-winning chef, Chris Shepherd of Underbelly Hospitality to bring Houston fans the Southern Smoke Chicken—a crispy, hand-breaded chicken breast topped with Chris’ spicy bacon jam, pickled jalapeño mustard, cherry peppers, and shredded lettuce. Net proceeds from the Southern Smoke Chicken were donated to Southern Smoke Foundation, a Houston-based, national crisis relief organization that provides support for individuals in the food and beverage industry.

In April we cooked up a special vegan collab in Atlanta with Pinky Cole—restaurateur and founder of Slutty Vegan ATL! The SluttyShack featured our own veggie patty topped with Pinky’s secret Slut Dust, lemon ginger kale, caramelized onions, ranch, and mayo on a toasted Hawaiian bun—all 100% vegan. Net proceeds from the SluttyShack were donated to Giving Kitchen, an Atlanta-based organization providing crisis mitigation for food service workers.

In May we partnered with Chef Junghyun Park of Atoboy and Atomix to bring NYC fans the Atoburger—a shrimp burger topped with homemade hash brown, Grenada pepper sauce, red onion, and butter lettuce on our signature potato bun. In support of Asian Pacific American Heritage month, net proceeds from the Atoburger were donated to Heart of Dinner, a NYC non-profit dedicated to fighting food insecurity and social isolation among Asian American seniors.

In June, we partnered with Chef Sarah Grueneberg in Chicago to cook up the Monteverde Chicken Parm—a crispy chicken breast topped with Monteverde’s spicy tomato sauce, sliced buffalo mozzarella, fresh basil, giardiniera buttermilk mayo + shredded greens on a toasted potato roll. Net proceeds from this collab were donated Inspiration Kitchens, a non-profit that trains low-income and homeless Chicagoans for careers in the food industry—giving them the opportunity to leave poverty behind for good.
