Shake Shack Korea To Team Up With Chef Mingoo of Mingles Restaurant For Limited Edition Burger July 8th To Celebrate One Year Anniversary In Seoul

Raise your shakes high! Shake Shack is celebrating the 1 Year Anniversary in Seoul!

Drawing on its fine dining heritage and deep culinary roots, Shake Shack's culinary director Mark Rosati is teaming up with Michelin-starred Chef Mingoo of Mingles restaurant to present The Mingles Burger (12,900): a double cheddar cheeseburger with anchovy-'Gochu jang' paste, 'Doen jang' paprika compote, and fermented cucumber pickles.  The Mingles burger will be exclusively available at the Cheongdnam Shack on Saturday, July 8th to the first 400 guests.

As a perfect pairing, Shake Shack teamed up with partner The Hand and Malt Brewery on a special edition collaborative beer the Za-Mong IPA (6800). On tap now through the month of July all Seoul Shacks, the Za-Mong is a brand new IPA created exclusively for Shake Shack that boasts refreshing and crisp notes of grapefruit.

Shake Shack opened its first restaurant in July 2016 at Gangnam and has since opened in Cheongdnam, Doota, and AK Plaza.
