We’ve granted exclusive licensing rights for Shake Shack’s international partners in the following countries and will not pursue any additional agreements:

What We're Looking For

We look for partners whose values and standards of excellence are fully in line with our own vision, culture, and brand. Additionally, we require a few more things:
  • Substantial existing company infrastructure
  • Proven track record in hospitality or retail (predominantly food service within fine dining, casual dining or quick service)
  • Significant capital to satisfy a development agreement for the country of interest
  • Local knowledge and know-how that’s second to none
