We Popped Up in St. Louis with Porano Pasta!

In celebration of the first St. Louis Shake Shack coming to the Central West End later this year, we popped up with our friends at Porano Pasta of Niche Food Group.

It was a rockin’ good time with over 1000 guests coming through to snag the first-ever taste of Shack in St. Louis--in 39 degree weather, no less! Shack classics were griddlin’ and Chef Mathew Rice of Niche Food Group created a butterscotch frozen custard banana-oat cookie sandwich just for the occasion.

Additionally, we partnered with local illustrator, Adam Koon, to create a whimsical piece showcasing beloved historical landmarks around the city. Guests in attendance received a free limited-edition tote bag featuring the illustration as a token of our appreciation.

We loved meeting our new community in the Lou, and can’t wait to see ya again when we officially open!
